  2. Hello and welcome, sorry cant help with your query but I'm sure someone on here will give you the info you need.

  3. yes it will guppy - nelly gave a definitive answer a week or two ago. I know a 916 fits as used one myself in the past. (chip to suit yours though especially if different exhausts)

  4. I have a spare 748 one sat waiting on shelf to be bought........................

  5. I have termi's on so what chip do I need
    thanks

  6. A chip is a halfway house. Either a PCIII or a chip reflash by the likes of Chris at CJS.

  7. depending on the reason why you're replacing the ECU, you could use the chip out of the existing ECU if it's ok and is suited to your current exhaust.

  8. I was only changing the ecu because i have term's on and not the standard cans ,, if i can replace the chip so much the better any ideas as to part no's

  9. Re earlier reply - re-flash or PCIII. A chip on its own is a halfway house. Each motor requires individual mapping to be perfectly set up. And having termis does not mean it needs re mapping all the time. Is it a half system 50mm or a full 50 mm system, or termi 45mm carbon pipes etc. as a road bike and you may only bimble around and like the noise it may be ok as is for you. Or you could be a trackday rider who wants it set up spot on for fun days out.

  11. Big difference between the two. A power commander only has about 9 or possibly 11 parameters, I can't quite remember, a reflash by CJS covers 30 parameters.

I had my 748R engine which is fitted in an S frame done by him. It went from about 95bhp when he started to just under 104bhp at the back wheel when finished. Well worth it.
