Hi all How can you find out the main Ducati dealers used stock list? As I'm trying to find a Streetfighter, but can't buy private cause I need to finance this time But Coventry doesn't seem to show used stock, unless they just don't do any
My local dealer has a used bike section on his website. M & S Motorcycles They also advertise in Autotrader, as do a lot of dealers.
Thank thanks, it's handy when a Ducati dealer shows their stock, as mine doesn't. But no Streetfighters on their list so far though. I'm looking at using the trioption
Actually OYB is only about 40mins drive, but was warned their service and after sales is poor from another Ducati user
I don't know this for sure but I would have thought the TriOptions scheme only catered for new products.
Could you not raise finance from your bank or building society? You could then approach any seller with cash and the associated haggling could take place.Incidentaly, what SF are you looking for?Someone on here might have just what you are looking for.
Reading have some Streetfighters. DUCATI STREETFIGHTER 848 | eBay Premier bikes KTM in Didcot have what I believe is the best price 848 SF about Ducati F848 STREETFIGHTER MOTORCYCLE | eBay
Yeah, that's what I normally do, but it's cause I was looking at getting Panigale 899 after about a year or so, and thought it would keep the cash flow better as I have another little one on its way
Ebay and biketrader, most advertise on one or the other, just search the bike you want Could always just get a loan...be cheaper!
Don't think Lagunas have got any used ones but you should check out their current offers on new. Free termi carbon silencers with the Streetfighter and £139 per month on Trioptions Streetfighter 848 Offers
Apparently - well according to Snells - it's available for used bikes too. It's Black Horse finance, I think, not Ducati, that operates the scheme.
There are 38 Streetfighters on Auto Trader, 848s and 1098s, 36 of them from trade sellers. Most of these dealers will be able to arrange finance of some sort. Doesn't seem to be a shortage of options. You may have to travel but if you really want one that's just how it is.
Ducati Coventry rarely advertise their used stock or demonstrators, perhaps they don't need to ! There's a couple of SF's on Gumtree.
I was talking to a friend yesterday and said I would quite like to own an SF. He replied beauty must really be in the eye of the beholder because that bike looks as if it has been assembled from a spare parts being with no thought to given styling and flow. Mind you he owns a Caponord! Does anyone share his antipathy? Well how's that for timing? One just went down the road rather noisily!!
