Also went for a spin. Same issue, cars and more cars. I am beginning to think that people pissing around at 45 are half asleep.
I drove home via B roads today from Pickering to miss the coastal traffic heading back into and beyond York - great fun even in the car, only saw another half dozen cars in half an hour
I might do the same route on the bike on Friday for a quick get away - 1.30 finish and off work till Wednesday next week
i also took the bike for a spin. did an oil change yesterday as the light was coming on occasionally at idle and as i ve done 3500 miles since last change i thought no point topping up just change it. with a foggy sight glass and trying to hold bike upright whilst checking i never really seem to know what the level is but i was very surprised when i drained it to find only probably 2ltrs at best in there... i noticed a small oil leak when i changed after running in 4 or 5 months back and there is/was always a lil oil on the underside of the engine but nothing in or on fairing and no patch on the garage floor...... checked crank case bolts and they did tighten a bit so maybe this was the cause. Shit ride due to traffic but she's running great... but not STARTING so clever
My wife and I have finally realised that we are spending far too much, and so today, we decided to go through the credit card bills together. "Look at this," says the wife, "£50 you spent on beer." "Well, what about this - £50 on make up?" I replied. The wife looked at me with a smile and said "Darling, I have to have the make up, so I can look young and beautiful for you." "That's what the fecking beer was for "
Today I re-registered and got a WOF (MOT) on my bike, and went for the 1st ride of the season, WOOHOO, only 120 odd km but only saw 2 cars, 1 being a cop, luckily I wasn't speeding just then, was a great day out.
Question for our American cousins if I may.......................................Do you have Google in the USA? If so WTF do I get asked stoopid questions every single day that you could Google the answer to yourselves? Yes, today is starting badly!
Although Elise answered your first question, I see he dodged the follow-up on. Bad Elise :Asshat: As to why you get asked questions that our American cousins could easily google, the answer is simple: Americans love to engage the friendly and approachable English in conversation and thus will often ask easy questions in the hopes that an enjoyable dialogue will spring up. Does that answer your other question? :Shifty:
