Good way to get some practice with how to undo/fasten any sensitive nuts, bolts or bleed nipples etc, is to take a few small combination ring spanners in your pocket to a scrap yard. Have a wander round until some easily accessable nipples are found and then practice undoing them and retightening them. For someone who wasn't born with the sensitivity to feel how tight something needs to be without stripping the threads this is a great way to get some familiarality , and if you do strip a thread it wont matter.
Cheers mate. So far I've done 500mls and pretty much forget about it. I keep an eye on eBay and will get one if I can for sub £30 then will swap and try to fix the one I have. As fluids just changed though I will just bleed at calipers next spring then worry about it winter after next.
Use a short spanner hold as if to tighten but only pull with your little finger and not more than 1/4 turn from when it bottoms out and that my friend is PLENTY. Also a bit of copper slip on the threads (only) will stop corrosion and aid loosening it next time.
