My first day back at work for nearly six months, went in at 9.30 finished at 2pm.....need sleep now til I have to leave for the hospital for my 7th zap..........:Grumpy:
Yep,7th then another 8 left......every day except weekends. At the moment I don't feel too bad, they reckon after the tenth treatment and for a couple of weeks after treatment has finished,is when you'll feel the worst. Work have been great though,if I need to go home due to fatigue, then I can just do that
i would hope run up throo glen coe , stop the green wellie for a pee and home the low road... would be fine idea,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, dont tell us yo gonna b workin
"For Pete's sake, I'm getting sick and tired of you being so suspicious of me", said my wife this afternoon. "Who the feck is Pete?" .
Spent 11 hours carpeting and tidying/sorting garage. Carpet tiles rule. Garage nearly back to a functional space again although still a mess but it's getting close. All push bikes hanging on the wall. Wardrobe built. amazed at how many exhaust pipes I seem to own.
I didn't say "to many" but 3 1/2 sets for a 996 is probably enough. Not counting the SRAD ones and the 999. I've never even sat on a 999 yet have an exhaust!
Last but one day of our holiday.... Watching a bloke from the balcony doing lengths of the pool... Gets out, sits on the side, lays out flat on his back.... Then still, lifeguard runs over.... Starts cpr, defibrillator etc etc... Stretchered off 10 mins later.... Spoke to the lifeguard earlier on. He didnt make it. As shocking as it was thats the way id like to go although he did look younger than me so, may be not yet.
Yep... He looked reasonably fit.... He'd done about 10+ lengths or so.... What was weird was he got carried away, 5 mins later, music back on.... Everyone back in the pool, but then, what else would you do! A bit surreal....
excellent run out tonite,, 100 miles, 2.5 hours with a few stops .glorious sun shine,, only hit the rev limiter once !!
