So what have you done today..?

Today, in the luncheon interval, I cycled 6.5km, and then followed that up by rowing 6.1km.

 

Get that cushion puffed up, yer standards are slacking girl :Wideyed::Watching:

 

They are usually great value there - but when a 700 mile example was up from a dealer 6 months ago for quite a while for £14.5K I don't think that's a bargain. But they are seemingly climbing now.

had a wee visit from oldest jock, always good.
wee man got his stookie off stitches out and pins pulled out after 4 weeks? no anesthetic? he wasn't happy to say the least. dont sound right. need to ask my mate about that. come to think of it, he teaches surgery in london, i wonder if i could organize a daily enema for A.C. hmm leave it with me.

 

today, I realised that I can play the piano with my eyes shut.

I found some certificates for qualifications I forgot I had!!! Not relevant to new job though. Also a toilet bag (read old plastic supermarket bag) with toiletries in from my running days. And a million paper clips!

 

They're not meant be an inch think in dust??????

I have just purchased 1000 comfort fit (wide) cable ties :Wideyed:

 

I know, the wider ones don't damage surfaces as much when pulled tight (or wrists and ankles) :Angelic:

 

Forgot I had a dinner in the wilds of the Jura this evening with staff from the shop.
Riding back home with the dark visor was... er... interesting.
Just glad that no large or small animals jumped out on me.
