Entered a Pre-65 road trial. Started from The Miners Standard pub at Winster, Derbyshire, a 25 mile lap of road and greenlanes with 33 observed sections thrown in as well. A lot steeper than it looks. Me 30 mph on an old British nail, geared low for trials. Any faster and the vibration will make your eyes bleed. Here`s a link for a couple of others I did earlier in the year if anyone`s interested. http://ducatiforum.co.uk/f18/poachers-bag-road-trial-713/
Bought yet more engine seals for the carby - and road tax for the Four! Also went to work again for the first time in three weeks? Work is inconvenient when you have a lot to do...
Burnt my f*ckin feet.....and had some great service from Arthurbikemad, to make me feel better about it.
I'm in Cyprus to see my dad for his birthday tomorrow. I'm usually ok, but today my feet are redders. I didn't bring a proper camera, just the phone and a little point and click one.
Well so far today I got up at 5.30am and was in the office for 6am. Just me and the rabbits in the yard here at the moment :-/
Been up since 5, but I ain't going to work til 10am. Damn this infernal body clock Got to work all night, too:frown:
Far be it from me.... But maybe, fewer fags, less beer, more exercise = better night's sleep (Scoots off and hides behind sofa...)
What you might also want to look into, Fig, is consuming more greens. Also, if not all your two-wheeled transport is motor driven, that can be a big health plus too.
Today I've done my final day under the restrictive covenant I agreed with my ex business partner. He's given me my final payoff and now I'm free to do whatever I want business-wise
Took Nicky to the hospital for her appointment and also found out when I'm going to finally get my back jab, 3rd October, so should be back to work the week after!
