If I had a dollar for every time I've had to pay a nurse to tell me that, I'd be, ah, hmm ... would I be ahead or behind? Dunno. If I had air con in my house, it wouldn't be so humid and I could thunk more clearly like.
I dropped by and saw Paul briefly last night. I'm sure he appreciates the sentiments on this thread. He is in quite a bit of discomfort and on top drawer pain meds. Hopefully things will pick up over the next few days, I wasn't there long as he's wasn't up for lengthy bedtime stories.
Paul, I wonder if you will be up to a trip to the Birmingham Show in three months time? I promise I'll do the driving for you this time, door to door.
Just got back from hols and caught up on this thread. Sounds like a huge penalty for someone else's mistake Hope everything gets fixed good as new and youre out of there Asap. Great to see that your sense of humour is intact and that all is looking good for a full recovery. Well done to all of you popping in for visits, especially JenC taking the coach down from Derby. Give each other a big hug from all the rest of us please. Like the others said, all this so soon after what happened to your brother, can't believe it...
