  12. Absolutely F All, went to the local country show got soaked! spent 1, 1/2 hrs their went home changed cloths had a cup of tea, much better, played around with my sons Sv650 track bike happier

  17. This morning me and SWMBO went swimming. She goes regularly. This is the first time I've been (properly) swimming in about twenty years. I did 20 lengths, which surprised me :upyeah:

    Came home and I've lazed on the sofa since whilst eating my own body weight in peanut M&M's and ice cream. (I have done an hours work in between too) :)
