  2. Yes , all sound advice , but my problem is not the cost or the fitting of the relay but getting one !!!! ( As earlier posted ) nearest bike shop is 70 mile round trip , nst duc is 300 round trip !!!!!!!

  5. Relay's are not bike or motorcycle specific, same ones on cars too.

  6. Yea , great , take rest of day off work , jump oin car and drive down to glasgow ,,,,,,,,, lost wages and 70 qd in petrol , it all adds up you know !!!!!

  12. @cherod I live near DG, could they not pop the relay in the post to you, call tomorrow and ask?

    If they are unwilling to do that then PM me (start a conversation, envelope in the top right by your user name) and I'll go and pick it up then pop it in the post to you. Gotta be better than a 70 mile round trip to the land of Weeg.

  14. Thank you . O. J , n finn ,,,,, btw , the 70 m round trip is to aberdeen , to my native weegieland is more like 300 !!!!!! Anyway i will call again tomo and expect they will post
