I have had fitted a full Termi Exhaust to my DVT, got to say it is quite an overall improvement, especially low and mid range pull, more responsive, and harder at the lower end, Dont get that bogged down feeling, overtaking a gear lower now, pulls like my Red 63 plate does at the bottom end, so happy now. Sounds a lot more like a Multi should, it has added personality, and regained it's soul you expect with Ducati, a nice low thump, plenty spit and pop, not intrusively loud. Not Cheap, though discount, and lower labour fitting charge helped, personally though it is ugly Worth it though for me anyhow. PR4's fitted, again personal views, not a lot wrong with the OEM's but I found they they wanted to keep tipping in, the PR4's more neutral, smoother, giving a more flowing feeling moving the bike around slightly softer, slightly more feel. Got 5k out of the Scorpions, and wore well to the end, I know new tyres always feel better, but PR4's just give a more confident ride for me. So all in all not a bad 200 mile round trip today 5k on the DVT, and the love ins starting to really flow. and for sure worth the swap from the 63 plate Touring S, bar of course the cost
For any one thinking of fitting the Temi, stop thinking and just do it. (Missus allowing) I didn't particularly like the look of it but I put nearly 900 miles on it this weekend, mostly going up and down the A483. Accelerates with a lot more urgency now and i'm no longer left wanting, although I've still got a 14T sprocket to put on so recon it has the potential to be a bit of a handful YEHAAAA!
You need to post a photo fella, so I can put together a requisition case to the purchasing manager ('er indoors). That is, once I've ordered the DVT S of course. Come on! Post a piccie. You know you want to.
I don't think thats ugly. Its not a beauty , but it wouldn't stop me from getting one.......Bloody hell, listen to me, I've not even picked my bike up yet and I'm already thinking about what I can buy for it!
Sorry been busy, did not have a chance to post a Photo, I do love the sound as well. Dealer remapped. I have not tried, but the panniers are suppose to fit no problems as well with it
Trust me phunky phish, you'll care a lot less about the looks when it's snotting and snarling around the twisties
Wonder if Qat Ds do the business? They sure LOOK the business. IMO. Quat-D Exhaust Multistrada 1200 - The Ducati Shop
A company called Spareshack, but I don't think they are still trading Yes it has a K and N filter and a full CJS remap Sounds glorious and goes like the wind
@MaDProFF Could you tell me does the 'full system' replace the stock pipes entirely all the way from the headers or is it from the cat back? Im weighing up whether to fork out the cash on the termis with their up map included, or to buy the arrow end can and decat for half the price then have a custom map made on a dyno and still be quids in?
