Busy day. "Fixed" the speedo error my 999s had suddenly started exhibiting yesterday afternoon, prior to rushing off for an appointment with the nurse (asthma clinic) and then on to work for a third consecutive day of stress, exertion, cocodamol and tramadol and finally home for a quick'n'easy meal, some music and a few glasses of red. Spin. Spin. Spin. Or, more likely, "Spun" - love that film. Kind of describes the day, although I didn't actually tie up and abandon the woman I am currently seeing
When I got home today, the wife said "Can you pop down to the shop, and buy a carton of milk, and if they have eggs, get six?" I returned a short time later with six cartons of milk. "Why on earthl did you buy six cartons of milk?" "They had eggs."
Hope you can squeeze a quiet day in there sometime.Doesn't sound like you are having a good time at the moment.
Got in to Barcelona just after midnight last night and have spent most of the day enjoying the final day of a local festival with thousands of Catalans and a fair sprinklng of tourists in glorious sunshine and 25 degrees. Only in Spain, followed a parade of about 40 Musketeers walking through Barcelona discharging blunderbusses for about an hour. Shop and car alarms going off left, fight and centre - great if loud fun. Watched people dressed up in giants costumes dancing in the street and wandered through a local park watching all sorts of entertainment. Had a beer or two with fabulous tapas in a favourite bar and now planning what to do before the festival firework finale later at 10 pm. Stressless (or slightly drunk) now and still three more days to look forward to. Andy
I've been in meetings most of the day. This evening I watched the TV interview I did on Tuesday, which aired yesterday evening. The positioning of the "articles" on the programme was a bit shit though. Our interview about raising money for prostate cancer was followed by a piece on a graveyard
received exigys exact start kit ,,, got another pair of binoculars from Lidle to replace the ones that got broken at easter,,, fantastic glasses, fantastic price..
Some Lidl stuff is excellent, some is crap mind. Bought an electric screwdriver that died almost instantly but the Jimmy bars have been amazing for my garage rebuilding. Bought an electric cleaning toothbrush for the hard to reach places on the bike the other day.
