Thinking about it no more tears would probably help....when you screw it all up on the last bit ;-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hmmmm, sounds like I am in for a real treat then lol. I shall procure some Blu Rays in preperation for a good 3-5 hour sit down getting the boards on lol. Anyone rec a film?
+1 I used Johnson baby shampoo to apply the Ventureshield on the R1, it doesn't matter how much you spray on, it just helps positioning the film until you've got it in the right place then just squeegee it out from the centre to disperse all the air bubbles...simples
Number board Had mine done at Altamura. I had tried the stick on ones but was not happy. Will have the back done later this year. Think it looks great on my 1098s
A kind of digression, but anyone got any tips on how best to remove them? My s/h 998 came with one, and I've toyed with the thought of removing it to put the appearance back to stock, but [a] I'm nervous of doing it, and I'm worried that after a few years the red plastic underneath the number board may be a slightly different shade from the exposed bit.
Hiya M8, Just get it nice and warm with a hair dryer and it will come off no problem. If the colour has changed just polish the traffic film off the rest of the bike and give it a good polish to restore the colour. Anth
? Don't understand, have numberboard on front was hoping somebody had done both to see how they'd look.
