  9. this lunchtime my wife found me in the local pub, threw my pint over me, and called me an "unromantic insensitive tosser".

    Every year she manages to ruin our wedding anniversary

  10. well thats the prezzie sorted. the latest and last t.pratchet book in hard back and gift rapped in atlas gift wrapping paper which i can give to the wee man. a few Singapore dollars. god i am good. :upyeah:.

  11. Today I have mostly been driving slowly and avoiding ponies, donkeys and cows in the New Forest. I've also been to Lyndhurst, Lymmington, Keyhaven, Hurst Castle and Beaulieu.

    Oh and I've had what seems like never ending amounts of cake and coffee in between each stop.

  13. Today I performed a proper fix on my bodged exhaust bracket repair on my 750. Obviously I had to resort to using a hacksaw at one point - it is a Ducati, after all.

    What I don't understand is how Ducati comes up with a bolt that is made out of mature cheddar at the Allen key end but is constructed of indestructible unobtainium at the nut end. It's like magic.

  15. take a minute or two and tap,tap,tap the end of the bolt or allan or torx with a small hammer, and deffo before it starts to round.
