Hi Guys, I'm a ducatisti.co.uk refugee, I haven't used the site for a while and when I tried to log on today to get some advice on a service found myself at Ducati Coventry! After reading this it seems I missed quite a bit. Anyway, I'm Saxman and I own a very loud and very yellow 749. In the last couple of years I have moved from Nottingham to London. And now I'm finding my feet in my new home I'm looking at getting my beloved Daisy (yes I named my bike) back on the road, and maybe meeting up with some local Ducatisti for a ride or two. Anyway I'm sure you'll be hearing more from me (mostly my attempts at doing my own maintenance). /Sax
Thanks guys, funny enough I used to play the clarinet when I was younger, but never the sax, and I do not own a saxo.
Wot, from Saxony? Mit dem deutscher accent? Have to admit, that seems less likely than being part of a horn section. Anyway, glad you found us. You haven't missed anything, really.
I am an ex-Ducatisti refugee as well, just stumbled across this site today. Funnily enough I did play the sax for 9 years and I am a Londoner as well. Maybe we'll meet up on our travels.
Well its very much living, just needs a service and belt change. Although I have a little project in mind after seeing this
Welcome to the forum buddy, be sure to come and join the 749/999 group when you get a chance. Cheers Stu
