So I've Decided On A 1098s...

  1. Congrats on the new bike. I remember the feeling when I picked up my 1098s. Its a great great bike, Im 6,3 and not find it uncomfortable at all, but then again I ride a Zx7R into central London daily so maybe my body is now curved the right way :biggrin: See you out on the road :upyeah:

  2. Nice one Stu, you won't be disappointed i know. Bought my 1098s off of Barry from DucWolves (it was his own bike) 2 years ago and love it to bits.
    The stock 1098s has black wheels, have yours been painted or changed ?

  3. Yeah I spoke to Barry at great length on Friday, he told me the guy who owned it before had them painted by Ducati Wolves, still not sure which I prefer to be honest, standard black or gold.

  5. Gold does look nice..................................but i do think that black sits better with the overall look of the bike.

    Maybe meet for a coffee at the Bridgnorth Cafe..............................................followed by a blast out lol.

  6. Meet and a blast sounds good, have to arrange that soon, might get a carbon belly pan at some point as well to break up the red a little, gold wheels will sit better then I think..

  10. Nice bike mate, hope you enjoy it. It would pain me to give Ducati Wolves my hard earned money, but that's a story for another day. Enjoy it mate (although you should have bought a 998:biggrin:)

  12. Still is a fab bike Barry. Been a few bits added since you last saw it. Rear sets, Termi slip ons and some carbon.
    Will probably be riding over to see you soon, needs belts and service in a month or two.

  13. Bike delayed until Saturday 1st September now :rolleyes: oh well gives me more time to get some nice shiney carbon bits to put on straight away lol.

  15. They just have a lot of service work on which I can understand but another week is no biggie really ... gives me a full months tax instead of just a week anyway lol ... :biggrin:
