Wow, that's some trip and on bullets too. Awesome. We did pune to Bhutan and back last year on superbikes, 10of us 8k km over 15 days. That's another must do place
Bhutan is definitely on my list of to do’s!! India must have changed a LOT since I was there mate (Sep ‘99 – Mar ‘00) as I couldn’t imagine superbikes on some of the roads we experienced. :Woot: Did you get to see the Guy Martin programme in India a couple of months back? Bought back some fantastic memories. Well worth a nosey.
Roads are def better, but youre still likely to find the odd 50km stretch of moonscape. I think its a bit of a sweet spot right now for superbikes, decent roads and the cops havent heard of speed guns yet SO :Angelic:. cant imagine it will last too long I rode solo in may from frankfurt to switzerland and back on a rented 1190 and the much anticipated autobhan wasent all the fun Id imagined. back swiss roads were much better I missed the Guy Martin gig will look it up.
Welcome. You are not afraid of a bit of adventure clearly. Would love to do that trip myself. Have climbed in the Himalaya but never biked. Enjoy the 899.
