Make sure you call it "repayment supplement" when you speak to them. If you ask them about interest ... they will tell you they don't ever pay interest on repayments. tick tick tick[/QUOTE] this one, perchance? PAYE91085 - Reconcile individual: overpayments: repayment supplement
I went to the doctors last month, complaining of terrible headaches which I haven't managed to cure. The Doctor told me that he too used to suffer from nasty and long term headaches but he had been cured by placing his head between his wife's thighs twice a week. I said that I would try that and I went back today to report on my progress "So how are are your headaches now?" asked the Doctor. "Just fine, all gone," I said "Oh and by the way, you have a lovely house Doctor."
Most stressful day of my bloody life. Tracey went in to get the results of her brain scans today with her sons and her best mate, so I've been left fretting on my own. But she just rang to say it was good news. Thank fuck for that. After 4 months of constant worry, we're gonna get fookin' smashed right up tonightead:
I rang the tax office this morning first thing. I didn't speak to James, who obviously loves helping, but I did manage to speak to someone who seemed to know what they were talking about. Anyway they showed me how they'd calculated the actual figure I received (and banked today!) and also told me that the repayment supplement is now taken into account through the tax code. So overall I don't feel too cheated today.
So will there be interest on the amount they owe while they are paying you back through your tax code from next April? Or will that be a further repayment supplement?
If you had bought a new bike you would not have needed to bank it  or are you waiting for a 400 Scrambley
