  1. Fantastic day yesterday at mallory park with no limits in the inters 1st time for me :upyeah: felt a little intimidated at 1st , but grew into the day and was posting 64-65 sec laps constantly , but felt i could have pushed a little more , but with me being on my road bike i was a little cautious as to not drop it or bin it, riding with in my capabilities . I so need a track bike , but i have fell in love with trackdays looks like this could be the way i go for next year . Safer than the roads and so much fun loooooove it :D love being back on a motorbike again :upyeah:

  2. I was watching a vid of Silverstone inter earlier. Seems a lot of issues from overtaking, wrong lines and turning in too early.

    Looks bloody good fun.

  3. Careful. Slippery slope to giving up road riding.

  4. loved it completely knackered riding home , demanding circuit for a 1000cc so thinking off getting a 750 or 600cc as i love cornering, and i would probably be faster ;)

  5. I've seen fella's on 250's make a mockery of everyone. Smaller bikes on smaller circuits are awesome [emoji106]

  7. 250's that still do 140 ;)

  8. just a few pics from yesterday left knee down but seem to be struggling to get my right knee down , is there more lean angle to be had in peoples opinions :upyeah: large_3095fbb7f_DSC_4919.JPG large_3b2203daa_DSC_1512.JPG large_bb72a7404_DSC_1678.JPG

  9. Foot os in wrong place, need to be on the toes/balls not instep, allows more rotation of your leg, rest looks good just add speed and lean angle

  10. You can see actually your left foot is right, right foot wrong. Hth

  11. in which pic mate with the feet , the foot on the :upyeah:outside or nearside

  12. about to the edge about 4-5mm left both sides , just been to the garage and measured them ;)

  13. Its left vs right foot. Right foot (in a right corner) shot its duck footed so you will drag your toes too soon (meaning you think you are max lean) but also restrict the turn of your hip. The left foot pic, just entering a left corner, its rolled on the ball so you can open your hip to match your upper body

    Hope that makes sense

  14. There's something to aim for.

  15. The top pic where you are next to a guy in BKS leathers your right foot is wrong

  16. MCN youtube site with michael neeves has some good vids worth a watch, also CSS ones, just wade thru the rubbish

  17. And in the next pic you can see it has stayed in that position, using rear brake maybe before/mid corner as a habit?
