  1. Don't know just had a phone call from my dealer who had a email today just ordered mine

  2. on STD version not the S

  3. I'd rather they just knocked £2600 off the list price.

  4. Just the end can on the 1299 so not that great a deal:rolleyes:

  5. Still better than a kick in the balls though.

  6. How much where the term is you used to get??

Akro's for free seams like a bloody good deal to me, even if it is the end cans there still 2600 quid for nothing

  7. Termis were £1600 roughly

  8. For sure! Had no idea that the cans were that expensive!
    Fook me:Wideyed:

  9. Argh!!!! Just slightly annoyed....

  10. Take it you've just bought one?
The deal is only on the non s / r version.

  11. There running low on akras, so if you buy expect a few weeks wait for your bike.

Or add them on at first service after 600 miles. Fitting takes 3-4 hours I've been told.

  12. Blimey, Akra slip ons on my 848 took 3 - 4 mins!

  13. Maybe it isn't slip ons then?

Dealer wasn't specific, just mentioned the times to me as I said I'd like to wait.

That was a sales guy though, not service department.

  14. They have to load a map and whip the tank off to fit aftermarket air filter.

  15. I had the termis on my 899, they quote 2 hours for that.

  16. I see. Maybe that explains the time. I'm not fussed, been told I can take a different bike out for a ride. Might try the multistrada.

  17. You bought one? I'm so so tempted...

  18. Mmmmm Akro's....

  19. Yeah I bought one. Didn't even road test it. Can't wait.
