Not trying to fuel the debate,(amazing how the old bill ever get any credible witnesses when we've all had the chance to view this incident over and over and yet there is still no general consensus as to what happened or who was at fault),and apologies if this has been posted before...but it's just sooo funny...
Oh well that's it then a couple of amateurs from BSB say its okay to 'grass him' , someone call Dorna and reverse the decision quickly !:Yawn:
you are 100% right about the witness thing! although it is clear as to exactly what happened, what is foggy is the reasons or motivation behind the way it unfolded and the reasons why the witnesses decide to call it one way or another. Everyone is claiming to be impartial but if they are honest with them selves, im sure 90% of us are either a rossi or mm fan, both but like to think they have a greater understanding of the sport/rules or of exactly what happened than the next guy. Some really dont have a clue and are influenced but the comments of those they respect, be it a racer, commentator, or someone on here.. Me? i just like the wind up!!! But have enjoyed every ones imput!!
I am impartial - I watched the helicopter shots, it is clear it is MM's doing, the decision and penalty which was given before all the evidence was out will change :Finger: Everyone during the remainder of the race was blaming Rossie (is that how you spell it:smile, now the full view is out the reverse is pretty much the case your honour. Just an impartial and correct synopsis but the previous video deserves an award - lighten up peeps, it's over
Seen all the video's read all the comments finally I agree with the majority that the 3 points should be removed and Rossi should be allowed to qualify and race as normal in Valencia What should have been the outcome is a straight VR disqualification as would have been the case for anybody else.
I was going to buy some cables from EXIGE but with him stating Rossi is innocent I will be buying some cheap ones converted from a lawnmower off Ebay.
someone on there, not sure, think it Speed says MM deserved it and was surprised that he didnt get it sooner ,,,,,,,,,, i am totally impartial and respect all the riders for their ability and could see clearly that Mighty shit Mouse was dropping back to fk Rossi up.
i find when it's 50/50 like this your'e better agreeing with yourself! MM and VR are both as ruthless as each other.. most multiple world champions are thats what makes it exciting
I just rewatched Marques vs Lorenzo incident,2013?MM deliberately ran JL wide, right off the track in fact...but no penalty as LR didn't drop it. In this incident,IF you ignore the disputed ,"kick",which apparently was what left MM on the deck,(VR leg touching the front brake lever),there is no difference between the two incidents. MM had room to stay on the track, could have inched out a bit wider, but chose to turn in on Rossi and hence he binned it. Both of them were being twats, but running another rider out wide is not against the rules, nor is deliberately holding up another rider. So if Race Direction don't believe the kick was intentional, and both their other actions are within the rules, why has either rider been penalised? Should have taken both aside after the race and given them a pair of boxing gloves..(Marquez dad could represent MM as VR is bigger than Marc...) I'm not a big Rossi fan,and I don't care for MM's brutal riding style,(I hate politics and far too much National pride,at every start I'm certain that Brad or Cal is going to be on the top step at the end),but I would like to see the Championship decided fairly...that's the English way...
