Simple question! Where should / could I go tomorrow for a few hours? Leaving South West Devon at eight-ish!
I took a picture of my bike sat at The Lizard, Atlantic in the background,, and intended to post it on here with a caption to the effect of the "Most Southern Ducati on the UK mainland'. However, I'm rubbish on the computer and can't upload it, so please just imagine a 1198 sat with sea and rocks behind. The bike is standard, to make sure you're 'seeing' the same picture I am!!!!
Being as you on a sports bike probably a good idea....I went through the middle of Dartmoor just as the sun set on Friday...gorgeous. (had to put up a bracket on the daughters wall for her telly..she's not very practical) but that would be quite rough for yours. The bit between Exeter and Moretonhampstead there was quite alot of loose stone on the road Tavistock to Liskeard was fun though ...maybe try it on the way
There's one corner between Exeter and Moretonhamptstead that's horrible. Under the trees, bumpy as hell and usually with water standing/running across the road. There's a few good bits though, and its a change from the A38 if I'm not in a rush...
