Haven't ridden for a week. Deeply fed up already. Feckin hell its going to be a long winter..........:Arghh:
From what I have heard it was not really riding, more you where a passenger.................................
A warning?! Over modding. We didnt threaten each orther or even swear... Off to do something else. I may be some time.
I haven't ridden a motorbike since last November, that's why I've been cycling like a maniac this year. I've not ridden my mountain bike for a couple of weeks now either and it's starting to take its toll...
Obviously what you think is acceptable to call people and what I think is acceptable are two very different things. If you read the forum rules and abided by them then you'd agree with me. Take your time btw.
Your arrogance under power grows by the day eltel. Your tone as headmaster more so. I could find a hundred posts far worse easily, and actually it was one of the least agreessive things he's said to me. Shame, you seemed a really nice and down to earyer fella when we met. My opinion. Not rules. Oh and by take your time you mean don't come back, right??
No. I didn't mean that at all. Read what I wrote again. If I didn't want you too come back I could have applied a ban to the note I sent you both. (I won't call it a warning because a "warning" carries a ban automatically from the forum software, and I chose not to apply it as it's currently "handbags" but could and would quickly escalate as it has done in the past). Fact is you baited him, and called him, albeit in a slightly veiled (yet a way that couldn't be misconstrued) way. He responded in the same way. I have to react to things like that, whether you like it or not. Paul, I do enjoy most of your posts (technical and nonsense). You too are a nice guy face to face and have a lot to offer with real world advice and knowledge. But you do push the envelope with many people to try and get a reaction because you undoubtedly like confrontation (on here at least). There's nothing wrong with that as long as it doesn't end up in a bun fight. And unfortunately the spats with the other person in question always end up getting nasty. I have suggested to you both to use the ignore function on each other. Please use it.
This forum is full of characters who add to it's whole, it's sometimes fun that goes wrong and gets misconstrued and banter that gets over egged. Even I have been misunderstood, can you believe that :Wideyed::Angelic: Don't go, nobody - still miss the bunny
I sold my Speed Triple R to force myself to finish the Ducati project, unfortunately work and a toddler mean that I found it hard to find enough time to work on it. I started cycling again to try to lose some weight (it worked, 3 stone off this year!) and it's taken over, I'm racing again and loving it but that has put even more of a strain on my spare time! I'm hoping to finish the project over the winter though so fingers crossed I will be back on a motorbike in the spring.
