Hello All, I found this forum in the depths of the internet just yesterday, sneaking around regarding an offered pre-series Ducati 999S to see which information or history is available already. Reading through Exige's thread on a similar topic it was clear that I have to sign up too, immediately ;-) Right now I own a Bimota YB8 Furano, according to the frame number and the available history most probably the last one ever built. In a very good condition, my bike for some rides during summertime. Furthermore I have a completely new matt black Mondial Piega (1 from 1) which is the last complete one ever built (with some special features), as well as an Endurance Mondial Piega race bike (1 of 3) in condition 1- and the last exisiting/ever built Piega frame incl. many parts, but not completed (it is kind of a sculpture within my company). As you can see, my heart is beating for the italian bikes and a 999 was always one of my favorites. The money I'm spending on the bikes I'm usually trying to earn with industrial x-ray analysis, computed tomography and high speed surface inspection, located in Germany. I think that's it for my brief initial introduction, hopefully reading more from you guys within the upcoming days and maybe I will own a Ducati short term too, would be great! So, best regards to the whole community, Sechser
