  2. Don't know where to put the NR bodywork I bought last week so for now I have made a Sellotape dispenser out of it. Now I am going to the pub and Newark Show Ground bike thing in the morning :D

  9. Spent 2 hours frying and steaming a few dozen Chinese dumplings after a pit stop at the Wing Fat earlier. Cheap thrills.

    Up there with fish n chips, channa puri, pizza, chicken spinach, keema peas....

  12. I have raked up innumerable barrowloads of leaves, and planted a load of alliums (I suppose that should be "allia"). Very nice day here today again.

    And I have mused about Paris. Sharing a language with the place sort of brings you closer in some way. Paris is a top place - surely the most beautiful capital in the world. If you have any other contenders for the title, be sure to let me know.
