With estate agents I think you get a reward for each pelt. You might have to register then collect a minimum number of pelts before you can claim.
Sad thing is as a kid estate agent was something I was interested in doing then the 90,s hit and funnily enough recently turned down a job with Savills They have never really recovered from those tumultuous years
