Is that what they are worth now? Wow that's a good price surely. My identical bike was written off and I got £14500 in July this year. Who says insurance companies are the bad guys.
It's in NI, which may put buyers off and so I assume it's priced to allow for this, but I agree seems cheap. I looked semi seriously at an 1199s in the summer, the absolute cheapest one I could get was £14000 so this is a decent deal (I appreciate its a standard one) but has nice extras
Thanks guys, It is the cheapest 2014 that I can find advertised in the UK but have priced it low based on the time of year. Although it is in NI it was supplied new by Woods Abergele and was registered July 14 on a 14 plate. Flight to Belfast with easy jet is only £30 and ferry back to Liverpool, Holyhead or Scotland is between £40 and £80 for a bike and rider. Delivery can also be arranged with a specialist motorcycle transport company for approx £200 who would inspect the bike on your behalf to ensure it is exactly as described. I have included a photo of their business card. I might just tuck it up in the garage and get a better price for it the spring
Lovely bike Norman. I can vouch for the seller having bought an 848 evo from him a couple of years ago. Bike will be spotless and as mentioned NI can be reached v cheaply(though at £200 delivery at this time of year might be the better option)
I've done so few very miles on my 1199 ABS its bordering on insanity and have fought off demons from selling. I test the 1299 and was sorely tempted to trade but I talked some sense into myself and will be out on the 1199 just as soon as the weather improves. GLWS
You might not need the 195hp, but you don't need to use it, keep the bike. Buy a winter hack. I can't complain about you wanting an 848evo
