no this one is to replace my first duke (in this country) some 9 or 10 years back.. its like its twin.. gunna leave it as bought (apart from dyno jet kit and slip ons) and wont put too many miles on it at all...
unch:unch:unch:unch:unch::Rage::Rage::Rage::Rage::Rage: lol.. never.. i would like to think till death do we part with that bike... even in bits i would never get back half what it cost me.. but more than that it was an achievement.. and is very personal for many reasons, not the least being my mates late dad (and good friend of mine) ashes being in the paint job..
yeah ive done good :Cigar:...... cant claim to have a favorite.. (they can hear me and maybe read my thoughts) each has its reasons for owning and each will be loved.. and hopefully never parted with!! (till im too old and someone younger with a passion for em steps up...) hopefully things goin to plan that would be the shed boy.. but who knows what the future holds? right now im happy though
You don't appear to have a reserve so you may need to pull it before the end this time of year? Otherwise I might get it cheap
Truly a signfcant amount of money thrown at a labour of love or should that be obsession. I can and do appreciate the attention to detail and am jealous of some of the parts, however one thing that it is not is a 916SPS. Oh yes, a small detail, the Brembo floatng rear brake disc from the race bike would not fit the standard road rear axle without modification. A minor detail but when you are anal, still important.
