15 year old girl and 30 year old bloke, what do you all think?

  1. Indeed, and as I understand it was 7:30pm so dark outside.

  2. Im 45
I remember as a 5 year old playing outside in a gang on our own.
I remember when pervys and Weirdos.. And so on were locked up in
Secure mental hospitals so they could not mess with kids etc..
Lefty winger do gooders have a lot to answer for.
    You feckers let them out.

  3. Perhaps you could provide some examples of an occasion in the past 30 years where a released convicted child abuser has then been found to have committed a further atrocity?

  4. Without doing any research, Roy Whiting counts as a major example here.

  5. And he's about the only example.
My point being that instances of abuse such as this are incredibly rare, and are no more common now than they were when Imola was 5 it's just that with 24 hour news, a far more prurient and sensationalist tabloid press with it's own knee jerk agenda and increased access for ill thought comment and opinions to be broadcast as facts through the Internet there seems to be some major donning of rose tinted spectacles looking back to our own idyllic childhoods as a golden age when there were no child molesters or kidnappers and it jsut ain't so. Kids are generally much safer now than in the 60s and 70s

  6. My problem being that they ARE let out again??

A friend of mine works to "rehabilitate" those who have done time in prison, and said the problem with Paedophiles is that they cannot see what they are doing is wrong? :frown:

If that is what gets them off then they will keep at it? Would you be happy knowing that the man next door abused little children, kept file upon file of encrypted child porn? Got found after his Google search's for "Pre-teen hardcore"??

I wasn't by far! We moved far far away... People who mess with little kids disgust me to the core of my bones, they will never be right again, never be "healed"...

If their only "atrocity" following release was with your child would that be acceptable?

Kids are only "safer" nowadays because if we are sensible we NEVER let them out of our sight.

  7. I can't really comment on life in the UK in the 70's and 80's as a kid since my parents emigrated to South Africa and my childhood during those years was very much idyllic and 'safe' albeit there were specific reasons for this.

Concerning however is the Article in the link below whereby a Ministry of Justice Table A4.5 appears to imply a trend towards either: 1. More child abusers being caught year on year since 2001 or 2. Child abusers are becoming more prevalent from 2001 - suggesting things are getting worse, not better!

Could this be because Peds can get easy access to each other and porn online to encourage heinous activities?

  8. I can't be bothered with liberal questions by left wing do gooders who feck with the system and all hell breaks loose......... (released scum who mess with kids)

1, While at school between the age of 7 and 9 a local weirdo took a liking to the local swimming pool changing rooms while school kids had lessons!
Vaughn was his name and was never seen in town again, Mum told us he was in Powick were he belonged! A secure hospital !

2 My 3 young kids attend a school which has 1 bedroom flats over looking the school.... Lefty do gooders housed a released paedo (Scum) in one of them..
The PTA and parents soon had a bastard removed with the help of a few annoyed elder members of family!

Anyway let the do gooders do their thing and i only hope one day they are faced with a tragic event which effects them at their doorstep!

  9. If Cameron had any balls He would order the human rights bill to be torn up and burnt!

  10. He won't because he is a righty wingy do Gooder.

  11. Yeah, last thing we need is human rights

  12. Please explain why the human rights bill is good when 90% of decent working folk want it gone!!!

So when i catch a light fingered barsteward trying to knick my 851 i can use force to stop him!
No You can't says the law of europe!

  13. No wrong Derek.. He's just a puppet for The euro self elected bottom feeders!

  14. no, they don't
    Yes, you can
    No, it doesn't

    Hope this helps

  15. Criminals HAVE no "Human rights" & put paid to that when they crossed the line, especially those filthy twisted animals that choose to touch little kids.

I vote for castration, public beatings and:

    That should dissuade them. :upyeah:

  16. Everyone has human rights that's why they're called "human rights" and if you take them away then no one has any.

Human rights apply to everyone not just people you like
Draconian laws apply to everyone not just people you don't like.

The death penalty has been proven not to act as a deterrent or are there no murders in Texas? I haven't seen the latest figures.

  17. Oooh, lets launch into another debate on capital punishment.
We can have the 'Lets hang any one we so much as suspect of murder, rape, touching kids without trial and purely on the basis on the 'evidence' we can beat out of them' ranting brigade.
Anyone who tries to mention human rights or mentions that the death penalty doesn't work, and backs up with facts from the USA for example will be at best ignored, but more likely be called a lefty idiot who should have the human rights bill wedged where it would prove uncomfortable for the to ride a Ducati down a bumpy street....

  18. I'm all for human rights, but you have to decide what falls into the category.
I find it surprising, for example, that photos of perpetrators of crimes are often not shown (certainly in France) as, I assume, widespread viewing of their mug might have negative consequences for their reputation. You'd have thought that would be the first thing a criminal should forfeit.

There is also all sorts of other rubbish. I suppose they have the right to good food, a clean and comfortable cell, a certain amount of TV or other entertainments, education, heating etc etc.

I've never been to prison and hopefully won't have to go, so I can't really comment on conditions with any accuracy. But from what you can make out, about the only thing you really forfeit is your freedom of action. I assume chain gangs or hard physical labour infringe human rights (though God knows there are enough people having to do shitty jobs who aren't in prison. What about their human rights?).

It does appear that the bill of human rights basically says that if your life is made uncomfortable by authority, then that infringes your rights. There seems to be very little concern about the way criminals of all stripes spend their time infringing the human rights of their victims. It looks remarkably like a one-way street.

  19. I'm all for Human Rights too...within reason...I don't think the most serious offenders deserve nearly as much as they get though - and I'm talking only where their guilt is established beyond any doubt.

Does the threat of execution put murderers off? Probably not, they aren't rational human beings so think in the heat of the moment and their twisted minds don't concern themselves with any consequences of their red mist. However, I for one would be happier in the knowledge that a proven, 100% guilty murderer is gone forever and not being cared for by my hard-earned tax moola with the possibility of parole somewhere down the line. Rehabilitation? Oh yeah, "I'm sorry, I'll be a good boy now - sorry about your kid who I brutally raped and slashed to death but I won't do it again" What?? The victim is gone, lost forever and isn't in any lush Afterlife being fed grapes and wine as some believe. (Ok, ok that's my personal opinion...peace to all those who believe otherwise.) No, murder someone and it's an eye for an eye in my book!

Maybe I've had too many close calls with real danger and I'm warped myself to think this way, dunno. I was 24 when I caught someone raping my younger sister. He turned on me with a knife and I wasn't strong enough to defeat him. He threatened to kill us both. I managed to get away to my room where my 9mm was and returned and confronted him again. Called the Police but they took 40 minutes to arrive. Their city HQ was a 4 minute walk away from our apartment block! On the 7th floor at the end of the corridor we had no viable means of escape as he blocked our only access out. After a harrowing 30 min stand-off (sister understandably hysterical) the guy told me straight I wasn't going to do anything and no-one was coming to help. He lunged at my sister again. He isn't here anymore. My sister has, thankfully, recovered.

Funny thing is, although told by everyone I had no choice but to do what I did to save my sister from further harm, in the ensuing weeks I was so gutted to have done what I did that I took myself off to a Counsellor to come to terms with my decision even though I didn't need convincing that it was a 'him or her' scenario, as I had no doubt whatsoever that murder was on the cards that night. I'm older and maybe wiser now. If someone murders someone in cold blood, they have no part to play in Society. Ever.

I've been shot at in an attempted hi-jacking and had the joy of having shards from a brick wall shatter near my face in my own home when I disturbed burglars and they shot at me.

Human Rights I agree with but only to a point. Of course, this is all just my own opinion.

  20. So the missing 5 year old has still not been found and the arrested man has been charged with murder of the five year old.

If proven guilty hang him? or let him live a easy life in prison because he has human rights.
