  7. went out on mine for the first time in 3 weeks, 14 c really mild & a few spots of rain but I absolutely loved it. Really easy to forget how great my bike is, could never leave it alone wrapped up all winter - life's too short:grinning:

  10. its great to see people using their bikes in this weather , at the end of the day its all about enjoyment , i thought sod it the other day and now ride my gixxer 1000 as i love riding and don't want to think when im older , wish i'd have ridden my bike more :grinning: didn't ride about 9 years ago, r1 just sat in the garage even at the sight of a rain cloud i wouldnt go out , now i'm back into bikes again just gonna go out and enjoy them . No such thing as bad weather just bad clothing:wink:

  11. OK so it`s not the UK, but the weather is usually crap in the South of France this time of year. Not this time though as temperatures have been in the 20`s every day and no rain. Irony is I have been so busy with the house that I have not been out even once. Bugger....

  12. Tbf we say 'winter' but twice this week it was 13 degrees on the way home! I'll take that for December! January however maybe be a different story!

  13. I was out on my DVT on Thursday and yesterday. After a few weeks not riding it, I'm just blown away by how good it is. Holy crap it's fast! Yeehhaaaa!!!!

  16. I don't generally clean my tyres but if you want to pop round after xmas happy for you to give them a wipe!

  17. I ride all year round no matter what the weather but only on my BMW RT1200LC in the winter. I am keeping the Multi DVT for best
