Where do I get some from? Looks like the brisk ride out this morning with Matt46 and TobyTyke has shook two of the buggers out.
The dealer's, they'll have them in stock as, they always fall out......unless you Loctite them in like you were told. :frown: We did tell you....right? Get the little washers for both sides too, while your there.... Rule number 1 for Ducati owners Loctite is your friend!
I don't mean to be picky but shouldn't the manufacturer make sure that they don't come out? It's little stuff like this that does the brand no favours tbh. I've just ordered some loctite from eBay.
They should do....but unfortunately don't Loctite everything you can think of....or it will fall off eventually.
When I had my stock exhaust and heat shield on, they never budged after the Loctite. Spring washers would be good, just be careful they don't scratch the heat shield, especially if it's a carbon one....if its not, why not :biggrin:
Now bolt set ordered and paid for. Should get them tomorrow. Also just ordered a new dark visor and pinlock insert for my new helmet. This motorbiking lark is like painting the Forth Bridge :frown:
I hate to have to break this to you but they have just finished painting the Forth Bridge and won't do it again for at least 5 years!
