Hi Darren, Can you put aside a stainless one for me ? I'm going down to Steve B's soon and it would be good to meet you. Steve
No problem! Please let me know if there are any issues/quirks with fitting to a 1100 Monster? Made a Ti saver for me today Ummmm... Featherlight! Weight of aluminium?!? Swapped it with my existing stainless one, had Guilt about putting the sprocket cover back on & covering it up? :frown: Found another "Here's one I frayed earlier" photo:

Hiya, These: Ducati 600SS 600 SS M600 M750 750SS Monster crankcase case saver stainless race | eBay - will fit the 600/750SS and Monsters, I'm thinking the IE cases are different? Compare the cavity photos with your 600 and check they are the same... Dry clutch savers are £14.99, 600/750 savers are £17.99, price includes postage
Hello ladies & gentlemen... I have just taken delivery of the second sheet of Grade5AL titanium 2mm sheet. This will be cut & formed over the weekend into five Ti case-savers, I have pre-orders and payment for four of these, which leaves a spare one! I considered it best to advertise it on here first as the boys & girls on the UkMonster forum have grabbed the other four? Price? They retail for £36.99, which includes £3.88 of Royal Mail First Class Recorded postage. For the time and effort put into making & shaping these that is a VERY good price indeed for Ti of this grade! Titanium? The weight of aluminium, FOUR times the strength of steel! These are VERY light and desirable. First come, first served... These will indeed be the last Ti savers for a very long time as I am all brassed out.
Sorry it's taken awhile to let you know, my case saver arrived just as i went away for a long weekend. Anyway it's like engineering porn, just got to get an open sprocket cover now so it's not completely hidden away out of sight
Anytime! More savers made today, posted EIGHT earlier? All shapes, colours and sizes??! Three Ti dry-clutch savers about to be boxed for despatch The one, the only Ti 600/750 saver in the world...
I can vouch for that. I made mine at work using 1.5mm stainless 430, only about 1mm gap between chain and case saver, tho it never actually touches. I have a new 15t renthal sprocket on there so it can be done, i know u say/recommend fitting a 14t.
