  1. Oddly I can find no feed back on their service on the internet although the .com version appears to originate in France. Wonder if it is a new venture. Andy

  2. I think they are French and branching out. Just a little wary of counterfeit.

  3. My wife has bought stuff from them here in France. They are about the same prices as the stuff is in the shops and she has had no problems with them.

  4. Helmets are cheaper in the UK than most EU countries because there is no VAT on them in the UK.

  5. Their clothing prices are pretty good. Free delivery too over £100. Been looking at prices for a Dainese jacket today as it happens following on from another thread on here and these are the cheapest I've seen. Still got to go somewhere to try one on though. Don't buy clothing or helmets blind.

  6. Tried one on last week, seemed fine. Always feel a little guilty trying stuff on in shops then buying off internet though. Local independent I will pay a little more to keep them going.

  7. That applies to many things that people buy. The only trouble is that the local independent will not give locals buyers any sort of discount so shows me no loyalty and then expects me to be loyal to him!

  8. That's why I go somewhere like Fowlers to do my tyre kicking. You can have a day out window shopping in the showroom and at least they'll get a cup of tea out of me in the cafe. I'll usually find something I want and I did buy a bike off them once. I wouldn't feel guilty about not buying this particular jacket from them because they're one of the dearest on that item so its their own fault. If there's only a few quid in it though I'll buy from a local independent, especially when they put themselves out for you. Good service and back-up is always worth an extra fiver.

  9. Why not go to your local guy and give him the opportunity to match or get near the web site price? The worst that can happen is he may say no, then you can buy off the web site guilt free. This is what I do.

  10. Last time I went to my local guy about tyres, he tried to con me that the tyres I had purchased from the US were not AUS/NZ compliant , I told him to fuck off because they were DOT stamped and he was a knob, never been back to his shop ever.
Rocky Mountain ATV & Moto Mummy are good suppliers in the US, I am yet to learn of a good UK Supplier

  11. Yeah, but you gave him the opportunity, not your fault he was a f*ckwit. Maybe he learned from your non purchase to be a better retailer, or maybe not.

  12. Probably not, I would say. I need to learn how to fit tyres myself so I don't rely on anyone.
    Can't be that hard.
