Just going to see if there is much interest on here for an East midlands rideout on saturdays or sundays meeting at the durham ox on the A46 between leicester and nottingham , for like minded people to meet up discuss ,ride ,and a general get together and make new friends with the same interest . Ideally we would arrange a day sat or sun , and make it a weekly meet and then ride to where ever for a bacon cob and a tea , like i say just gauging if anybody would be interested and if so it could be a regular thing in all weathers even sunny days All makes of bike welcome and all standards of riding capabilities to suit
If you fancy a further ride On my free Saturdays I could provide bacon butties and coffee and there are some nice roads too
That's great, nice 1 mate hopefully more there will be more interested then we could sort out the best day and time
looks like this is coming along nicely with a few people interested , shall leave it for a few more weeks yet to see if there are any other interested parties , then we should pick a day sat or sun , a time , and if we get a few turn up we could choose a destination on the day agreed by all riders
Link to the Durham Ox on the A46 between Leic and Notts The Fosseway, Six Hills, Leicestershire LE14 3PD Its actually called the six hills hotel but used to be the Durham Ox to us oldies , bike meets there every tuesday during the lighter nights in the summer This seems to be gathering some pace , the more the better any makes of bikes and capabilities as we could run a couple of groups on the day we end up choosing
