Due to health problems I'm considering selling my sc1000s in red. I'm not to worried though as I have always intended to keep and enjoy short runs. Anyhows very high spec low miles very good condition.

Not sure what to do, I love going for a spin on it, every thing you could think of doing has been done and it corners on rails. I'm talking myself out of it lol.
Hope your health takes a turn for the better soon Idrinkbeer. Bike looks super. Mine's been treated to a new battery today (original has lasted almost 9 years). Had a run on the bike & then cleaned it after returning. Will be out again on it tomorrow for an IAM observed ride.
I guess you can't be feeling great if you're considering selling such a lovely bike. I, too, hope your health picks up and, in the mean time, maybe just going for the occasional short spin will be better than going for no spin at all.
I'm in the same frame of mine about my SS........health situation has made me somewhat fragile and prone to serious injury, but I still want to ride the bike.

Hi purchased a sc 1000ss in red. Totally standard but it had pipes but we're removed before I got it. The guy put it on ebay a dealer got there before me 2 hours. So at a premium I got it from them. Still I'm happy, as a former ps1000 owner 5 years a go I sold that. It was a huge mistake as no other bike I have owned captures a real sports racer for the road than these. Well other than my Bim Kb1 race bike. So need to get some pipes ASAP Will post pieces tomorrow CT
Bet your kicking yourself over selling the ps lol. The sc is a good bike that you can add to as time and finances allow( don't tell the wife though ). Enjoy.
Hope nothing serious with the health. Lovely bike, I'm sure it attracts a lot of comments. Winter is a pain, constant rain, darkness, bike sitting there doing nothing. Keep it though, not costing you anything. Build a sun room for it. You will only end up buying something else and spending another load getting it to the way you want it.
