If you want a great handling back-to-basics naked v-twin with the emphasis on fun rather than outright speed, but you don't like the Scrambler's looks, image and marketing then I'd recommend the old KTM 990 SuperDuke as a possible alternative. You can pick them up for not a lot of dosh these days. I love mine
All suggested are heavy slugs no doubt, Ive been working hard on a different solution this fall, a husaberg 570 108kg wet no fuel with 72rwhp, should be fun.
