a ducati panigale racing in the isle of man tt races next year , how good would that be , come on who's with me ??
ive heard tho that fueling would be an issue , ive heard from other people like , but i could see it doin really well round the mountain course
Wasnt there one running there this year? A privateer, so the real core of the event and one of the many reasons its such an amazing event
ahh ok . well i tell thee somethin now , there needs to be a team which uses a panigale , because that bike would be an awesome winner if it won . get carl fogarty out of retirement and on a 1199 panigale and then jobs a gooden !!
Perhaps a rucksack with a gallon can & a hose with a tap on it attached to the fool tank?(spl, lol)How about filling up that aero-hump on his leathers with 3 litres? Good for 20 miles!
How big is the tank they run in World Superbike? Must be a solution. Michael Rutter usually does the TT and if he's not on a Kawasaki next season I wouldn't be surprised to see him on a Panigale.
A quick Google of Foggy at the I.O.M. Fogarty broke the lap record at the Isle of Man TT in 1992. His lap at 18 minutes, 18.8 seconds (123.61 mph) on a Yamaha 750cc wasn't broken until seven years later by Jim Moodie from a standing start riding a Honda RC45 in 1999, taking the record to 124.45 mph. 'Foggy' on his Yamaha at Creg-ny-Baa on the Isle of Man. Steve
Foggy did ok on the island on a rc 30 got beat by hizzy though that yr on the same bike, come to think of it when he set his lap record he lost the race to hizzy as well!! Even better hizzy was on the norton
