Ladies jeans (not bike)

  1. Have any of you ladies got any recommendations on decent jeans?
    It may be just me but I hate the fact that the only options are now skinny, super skinny or ridiculously skinny super tight!
    They are so narrow in the leg, unless you are a size 6! (which I'm not) [​IMG] and seem to have a straight waist which is always too big.

    Do they not bother tapering waists anymore on women's clothing or is everything designed for straight up and down?
    They also seem to be made out of crappy thin fake denim too

    Rant over but serious question :biggrin:

  3. I'm desperate for new jeans and have the same problem with hip / waist ratio (fat arse or small waist?) and my
    Legs aren't skinny. M&S also do jeans for different shapes but the denim is pretty cheap and thin. Levi also do jeans for different shapes but I've not tried any on yet.

  4. I struggle to find jeans as I have a tiny waist but big bum
    Asda and Sainsburys do a boot leg version and the waist is that on the waist.
    I just bought a pair from Sains and so far have been the best fit and £12.50
    is a steal.

  5. Cooknick swears by Cotton trader jeans, they do have a waist and come in either boot cut or straight leg and have a hint of elastic stuff to help the fit and they're not expensive with a free returns policy so if they don't suit you can send they back :)

  7. I'm sorry to say El T that the previous post was actually put up by Nicky using my ID as she was using the iPad and it saves logging off from me to her! And to make it worse she wears my jeans!

  9. Nah sorry again, Nicky's a pint size perfection and I'm just too big for them! And anyway, I refuse to shave my legs!
