1299 Sprint Air Filter

Discussion in 'Panigale' started by triari, Jan 18, 2016.

  1. Toying with fitting a Sprint or piper cross air filter.
    Has anyone done it yet and was it worth it or can you not notice the difference?

  2. Doubt you would ever notice the difference from an air filter change alone.

  3. It's to work with Akra slip ons and up map.

  4. A freer flowing air filter should help the exhaust and upmap to perform at their best. I fitted a Sprint when my Multistrada was remapped because that was what was flavour of the month. Have nothing to compare it too but have no issues. Andy

  5. Most standard air filters are very good as they have little to do other than filter the air.

  6. It's the efficiency with which they do it though.

    @mrc for the pic.

    Quality difference is obvious.

    Sprint filter is standard on the "R" Panigale so Duc have confidence in its abilities.

    Back on track, has anyone on here fitted one?
