Nipples

  1. Is the clutch bleed nipple on a 748 the same as the brembo brakes??
    More to the point - what size are they?

    Sorry to disappoint anyone who expected something different on this thread!!

  3. Don't recall the size but I'm certain my 916 slave cylinder bleed nipple is smaller than those on the brakes?...

  4. I hope we're talking about the clutch slave cylinder banjo bleed nipple?

    I think they are M10x1mm, same as most Brembo brake banjo bolts.

  5. The Banjo bolt is M10 X 1mm thread, the nipple could be a M6 nipple or 1/4 UNF nipple.
    depends on which manufacturers banjo fitting you have.

  6. On closer inspection at my unit, the nipple is of 2 parts - the lower connects the hose to the slave unit where the bleed nipple screws into the top.
    I'm guessing they're obtainable from a Ducati dealer.
