Hey folks. Just wondering if anyone here has had any problems with these guys before? I ordered an Alpinestars Octane 1 piece suit from them a few weeks back and was thrilled as it was an absolute bargain in the sale (£238.85 delivered!). It arrived a few days later and I was a bit disappointed to find that they had sent me the right suit but it was a 2 piece. I considered just keeping it but contacted them about it. They apologised and said they would change it as they had the 1 piece suit still in stock and e-mailed me a postage label. 'Fair enough' I thought. I sent the suit back and noticed that it had arrived a few days later (according to the tracking info). I then got an e-mail saying that they were sorry but the suit I wanted was now out of stock and that I should select an alternative item! I contacted them to enquire why they didn't hold one for me especially considering it was their mistake in the first place. They replied rather unapologetically saying it was against their policy to hold items! Absolutely livid by this stage I said to just send the 2 piece suit back to me. I then got an invoice requesting an extra €100 as the 2 piece suit was more expensive. What a nightmare!
Ordered my Dainese jacket from them and had no such disasters. Perfect transaction and like you say, really cheap. Just got emailed a 10% voucher. Would that help knock a bit off your total? I would definitely write a complaint and mention the costs you have incurred, such as time off work for posting and also the postage itself.
I ordered an Oxford optimate from them couple of months ago, delivered within a few days, all good, a week later I had another one delivered free of charge !? Week later, I left the freebie outside in the rain by mistake & its buggerd....I think that's called karma !!
I've ordered through them before, but you just have to make sure it's not something you're going to need to send back as it'll cost a fortune I guess that's the deal with cheaper sellers
If you search FCmoto on Google the moto legends site appears in the list and the headline offers to price match FCmoto specifically. Probably have to ring them and mention it ?
I have ordered off them once, one thing they never delivered, no Stock even though it listed stock, the other one took a while, and the last one weeks and weeks, never used them again.
All sorted now (hopefully!) Decided to splash out on a Dainese Laguna seca suit so hopefully alls well that ends well!: It was well reduced (around £530) plus @JH_1986 gave me a 10% discount code so I got another £50 off it so thanks again to him.
I can confirm Moto-Legends will price match FC Moto De or any other EU supplier. They will price beat other UK suppliers by 10% This time last year I bought a pair of Daytona Strive boots rrp £329.99 for £252 from them. I just e-mailed a link from the FC Moto De website to Moto-Legends and they got back to me the next day confirming they would match the FC Moto price (including delivery). They were also very helpful regarding sizing, stock availability etc. Oh and the boots are absolutely brilliant!
