My 2012 Multi...newbie from Bognor Regis here! Full Termi system, rad guard, tail tidy, hand guards, short screen etc etc...
Wow what a trip! Am test riding a multi tomorrow to do something very similar later in the year. Did the NC500 on my KTM 690sm which was amazing and wet my appetite for trips further afield. And the multi looks just the job with your amazing pics proving it!!
Ummm pretty well!! Am now the proud owner of a white 2015 Multistrada S touring! Such a contrast to my KTM and I loved how comfy it was. Had a good long test ride so was able to explore some of the 'negatives' posted in reviews but I loved it. Plus it came with the touring pack and buying a bike in January meant I got a cracking price
Hi! It's been a fun week, the welding holding the pipe that connects the cat box and the exhaust came undone (bike is 45 days and 3500km old) so reported it Ducati, warranty has since been approved. While new parts are the on the way, they also allowed me to drop the cat and get it welded so I can continue riding I installed the welded cat and exhaust today let's see how it holds up there was no impact or anything, just hard riding on shoddy roads and lots of speed bumps
Thanks for sharing. I thought the exhaust came off without warning. That would be scary! Hope the new part will be ready soon and have fun riding !
Got the exhaust welded, took the bike for a spin the next morning to a nearby nature reserve, So far so good!
I have the new type Mivv Suono de cat and silencer. I had the fat ducs fitted and Duc ee with the standard cat and pipes. I had them removed and a custom re map as shown by BSD Performance Peterborough. CJS just won't answer the phone lol. Very pleased with the Dyno results. They have tuned several Multis in the Peterborough area.
Anyone lost a pannier!..... Facebook "Found this on the M25 hard shoulder earlier today. Quick Google and it looks like a multistrada pannier - right? It's battered and bruised but appears to have something in it. I'd like to return it to its rightful owner. Is it yours?"
