899 Buy Termignoni Or Not?

  1. That's my system, I had them on my 1199. They are Decated and also have some internal tubing removed. The sound is different to standard and there is also a very slight weight advantage (couple of lb). I was not really interested in making something that makes my ears bleed, I was more interest in better flow and the cats don't have restrict. I now have a 1299 system on my 1199 but de catting that is not as easy.
No unless I found a mega cheap set of Termi's I think its a lot of money for not a lot

    Shameless link..

  2. do you get much snap crackle and pop on the over-run with that?

  3. With a little extra added random snap crack and pop, the quick shifter pop is more noticeable.. Which is always good. Id describe the sound as a little more angry, removing the cats is bound to make a difference if you have ever seen one they are quite dense. CAT is tw*t to get out

  4. I had stock on my 899 up until first service then termis fitted.

I noticed the difference straight away. Smoother at the bottom end and a much improved throttle response in race mode. Definitely an improvement.

    Noise just a bit deeper.

I wouldn't have paid £1600 for them though.

  5. Hi did you do the up map? Do you have to do the map?

  6. If you want load with good power gains I have an inconel Austin racing system up for grabs

  7. If you can get a Ti Termi system do so they are top shelf look good and are as light as you can get.
