Well today I had a pleasure to take XDiavel for a spin thx to guys at MotoRapido. What a fantastic bike. So to start with i ignored all the buttons of which there is plenty. Bike was set in sports mode and that is all I cared about. So I set off fighting the urge to put legs back, you try, you fail, you remember to move forward and that is it. Took me few times and was getting used to it. Gear changes are very smooth and no idea if intended but each change (click) is felt at lever so you know gear went in. Like that. Bike is rapid I mean rapid. It done 70 miles only so still running it in so kept it under 6k. Still boy that thing can shift. 120 at about 6k is well impressive. Torque at low RPM is addictive and within 30s I was grinning and shouting yehaaaaa lol. Bike handles great, quite easy to tip in/out, stable in corners and with that Torque you forget about gear changes for most part. You sit upright but bit lent forward which makes it feel sporty. Seat holds you in during arm ripping acceleration so much so it felt as if I could let go of bars and not fall out. Bike gives so much feedback, feels butch as well and looks great. Sounds average on stock pipes. Bike is great improvement over Diavel. Diavel for me always felt big and heavy in handling, good but felt like truck. XDiavel is big but feels light when riding at any speed. Either new variable cams make it super smooth or the belt drive does but smooth like butter is the word. I need one in my life, S is the model to go for. Now who wants to help me rob a jewelry store, from Hatton gardens heist we learned to wear a mask at all times.....
