Hi all, This is where you get to vent your opinion without fear of repercussions....I have been searching for pictures of a 749 with the panigale tricolore scheme and have not found one, I have asked a company to create a vinyl sticker kit to fit my 749 and the have agreed, what I want to know is...... Would you like it or not and why? Be honest in your opinion, mine is simple.. I like the scheme, its not overwhelmed like all other 749 kits and I believe it will be original.....over to you ????
Yes, very nice, but isn't that the abs fairings they do? I'm looking to get the kit onto the original fairings and also keep the original tail section an, is this yours or a pic you found?
That's the kit I don't particularly like, I looking to keep original panels and lower half to stay red....
i was gunna say "dont do it" as i think the bikes have a lot going on style wise (not all in a good way either!) and the tri color would make it way to busy. but the image cream put up looks really good to me! i love my nero but i could live with that for sure
i havnt taken any pics or no good ones.. also have not been able to upload pics to this site for months now.. it just keeps saying file empty (or something like that) i can change my avatar though
Andy, keep the original fairings in the garage and either get the fairing kit or get a cheap set off ebay and apply the stickers to that. You can more easily resell the fairing kit and an original unmolested bike is much more desirable to more buyers. If you sticker the OE fairings you will regret it when the stickers come off (the exposed red slightly fades over time). Also whatever you do don't put a double bubble, dark tinted or higher screen on the bike, they completely ruin the line of the bike (even more so on the 748/9x6/998 series bikes)
