  1. There have been a few reviews on here and other forums about the Chinese fairing kits, some good, some bad, but for the price, I'm not sure you can really argue. Do a search on here.

I'd stick on a set of these and keep the standard (expensive) fairings safe in the loft!

  2. Don't forget if they declare that purchase price and postage you will potentially have £10.17 import duty and £57.03 VAT to pay.

  3. Good point, forgot about good ol' VAT and no doubt Royal Mail's "handling fee"!

  4. You can't say that the Chinese aren't industrious.

  5. Different sellers produce different quality. My friends and I bought 3 sets between us and they are 99% as good as factory.

  6. Which seller did you buy from ?

  7. at that price so what if they start looking shabby after a couple of years.

  8. Got a set on my track 'blade. 3 years on still as good as new. Quality does vary hugely from seller to seller, lots of options on ebay.

  9. Have a search through and try and find a trader called motocc.

I got a set of fairings off them for £150 and I have to say they were well worth the money. Came complete and the only thing I had to do was enlarge a few holes. Went on fine and fit ok. For the price I can't complain as they're saving my OE ones.

  10. Not to mention MotoCC are an England based company so you've got some chance of being able to contact them if need be

  11. Ooh thats good :upyeah:

  12. Advert wording is a bit spurious. OEM means original equipment manufacturer, are they are claiming that they supply Ducati with genuine parts ?, obviously they don't.

  13. Will give motocc a call & see what they can offer..

Thinking about wrapping my current fairings??

    Any thoughts on that?

  14. when i went to the ducati factory i saw that many of the parts had made in china stamped on them

  15. They only say they are comparable to OEM, they don't claim anywhere to be OEM suppliers
