Did the 1098S Tricolore have 7500 miles on it? If so they have just bought it from Jaxs Motorcycles in York for just under £9K
Fuck me static with a 10 foot barge pole (please don't - just a figure of speech) - from their web site: Ducati 1098S Tricolore Price: £12,995 Convert to .. EUR - Euros USD - U.S. Dollar CAD - Canadian Dollar AUD - Australian Dollar JPY - Japanese Yen Mileage: 26 100 In stock now, 2008 registered, 26100 miles from new. Can be delivered worldwide. The Ducati 1098 is a sport bike made by Ducati from 2007 to 2009, in three versions, the 1098, 1098S, and 1098R. The 1098 was succeeded by the 1198 in 2009, though the 1098R remained in production that year. The 1098 shares more design elements with the older 998 than with its predecessor the 999, such as horizontally placed headlights and a non-integrated exhaust system. Another carryover from its 916/998 heritage is the single-sided swingarm. This return to a more traditional Ducati design has been welcomed by many Ducati fans who criticized the design of the 999. The Ducati 1098/1098 S/1098 R were available in black, red, yellow and a special edition 1098s in the Italian national flag colours of red, white and green called Tricolore. The 1098 was designed by Ducati designer, Giandrea Fabbro
It looks like somebody has taken their collection to them to sell. The MV's for sale are all limited edition models and some are very rare. One thing is for sure you won't be getting anything for a steal from them. They have 750 kettle at £14000 A LHD Citroen DS21 they are asking fifty grand for.
£15,000 actually :Hilarious: £15,000 for a 999R, most of his other stuff has no price displayed. Never a sign that they are going to be sensibly priced. The man's a f**kin idiot :Wacky:
Though his 999R was £16K - seems sensible to me :Angelic: He probably sells the bikes to rich people buying cars from him who don't have much idea or care about money too much...
You're right. He's even nuttier than I thought he was. Maybe I thought my eyes were deceiving me. :Watching:
