Panigale Tail Tidy

What's wrong with the R&G ones? I'm now looking for a tail tidy and new plates as well

 

I've just fitted a Bruddt to my 899 and the quality and fit is superb. It took me about and hour to fit including swapping the indicators for 1199 jobbies and I'm no mechanic. It does come with a reflector option for the MOT as well.

I did consider the R&G one but I fitted one to my RC8 and whilst it was ok, the quality wasn't great.

 

Exactly the same on mine, took me bout hour and half to fit and the 1199 LEDs are plug n play, had to fashion some washers though to get them clamped up tight

 

I'm going to get the bruddt one also, did u fit the standard number plate? Did u need to re drill it?

 

Hi Phil, standard way too big, it covered the indicators! Ordered a 7x5 which is obviously way smaller, could get away with a slightly bigger one if needs be

 

Do u have a pic of it all fitted up? I just worry about a 7x5 with Termi's as well, I'm worth a tug then!

Bruudt here too. Looks good, best choice in my opinion.

 

Either going to get the Bruudt or Evotech tail tidy. Bruudt is £30 cheaper but has a bigger mounting area. I normally run a 7 x 5 plate and just wondering if it would fit and cover the mounting area without leaving it sticking out either side of the plate.

 

just got an Evotech will be fitting it tomorrow the quality is first class and comes complete with an LED tail light not seen a Bruudt so cannot compare

 

I have a 7x5 or 7x5.5 on my bruudt and it fits fine. Can't find the email from the plate order to confirm the size and not near the bike to measure it.

 

7x5 is perfect on the Bruudt

I've got an Evotech tail tidy. Nice piece of kit but I'm sure they all are.
Got to be an improvement on the standard proboscis.

 

I've only just noticed this. Had the same failure & warranty replacement on my bike.

 

I agree mate but they r not bothered they no people will pay that price ,wen I got my xdiavel last year my dealer said they couldn't get anyone to make a tidy tail for it ,but my brother made one so that's going to be his next job wen I get my v4 end of next month while its away getting painted
