Great stuff. So how is the anti-glare on the 899 then? I really shouldn't need to ask seeing as I have a box with 1000 screen protectors in my study and a 899 in my garage, but I've gone with the ultra-clear on mine!
Matt. Not ridden bike with it on yet but will report back when been out on it. Display looks nice and clear though. P.s. I've no connection to Matt but fitting one of his screen protectors is a no brainer. You probably have Something similar on a £200 phone so the display on your £££££££ bike should be treated to one.

Mine is pretty similar to how I bought it! It already had: Evo tech rad guards Ducati performance pegs Ventureshield Single seat cover Termi's Axle protectors and bobbins I've just had he shock rebuilt by MCT and have changed the rear indicators for the LED 1199 ones which is a big improvement
R&G Tail tidy and seat cowl, didn't want to throw money at it 'cos "I might only keep it a year" Lets see what happens in next few months
Started to correct the tank before I got interrupted by the little one waking up! For a single pass it looked miles better but needs some more work yet. The rest will be machined when I get chance. Crap pic 50/50

Just had mine paint protection filmed by Tony @ Tony James designs. Also added custom corse decals colour matched to graphite grey of rest of bike. Top bloke and top quality job. JS.
Few bits done to the 899 over the last few weeks since I've had it. A lot of the parts were taken from my 1199 but I've also bought a few items too. Changed the front pads to sbs rs on the 899 also refreshed the brake and clutch fluid on the 899 and got the clutch working properly on the 1199,ordered a auto blipper cant wait to try out clutchless downshifts.
Not sure if its the done thing to reply to your own thread. I had my first proper play over the weekend with the above mods I did decat the 1299 system and decided to try the Rapid Bike Evo that they rave about on the Panigale Forum Rapidbike Evo | DIMSPORT - ENGINE CALIBRATION SPECIALISTS I now have an 1199 that behaves itself at lower RPM, no more lurching around and protesting. I can now plod along at 30 mph in 3rd or even 4th whack the throttle open and its just picks up instantly and goes like a stabbed rat. Defiantly pulls harder through the midrange and the power curve feels smoothed out. It reminds me of my old 999 lowdown, I really didn't like lack of grunt below 7k and the fueling was terrible.
Yes them are the ones,had them on my 848 and loved them,have read some good reviews on them on the 899 saying the initial bite is loads better than standard.
