Please someone talk some sense into me, I am currently thinking of purchasing Silmoto Spaghetti headers to go with my end cans......
I have thought about a set too. There is a guy on here that makes a copy of them. His opinion at the time of me asking was....and you are going to hate me for saying this..... his opinion was you only see performance gains on the ie. For the carby, its a cosmetic upgrade. Which of course it needs..........haha....
Ok the last bit was a bit of a poke but I swear the first bit is exactly what he said, So we left the standard headers on the carby bike. And then weighed it in.....
Mmmm, I have a few other upgrades happening too remember. Find it hard to believe it would make no improvement
they will look awful on your bike have no benefit and will look much better on my bike damn did I say that out loud .....sorry lol
I've had a set of these on my 900 since about '08, they look identical to the ones you have there. I found them to be a right pain in the arse to get to fit right ! even now I'm not happy with the way that everything lines up, they're only held in place by the springs which doesn't help... Let us know how you get on with them though, they may have improved the design since I bought mine. As for any bhp gain, it's not a big gain on their own but they will help if you're doing other mods like FCR's, H/C Pistons, air box, head work and inlet mods... They do look nice though [emoji6]
